Terms of Service

1. About the Service

OS-Link (the “Service”) is a tool for discovering, configuring and debugging network cameras on a local network. The Service is provided by Shenzhen KuaiQi Technology Co., Ltd. By registering an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid mobile number or email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share, sell or transfer accounts. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only on devices you own or are authorized to manage. You must not use it to access cameras without permission, to disrupt networks, to reverse-engineer our protocols for unlawful purposes, or to violate any law.

4. Device data

Camera discovery and debugging happen on your local network. Device model, firmware, protocol and OSD text may be reported only after you consent to the Privacy Policy, to improve compatibility and support. We never upload camera passwords or video streams.

5. Updates and minimum supported version

To keep the Service secure and compatible, we may set a minimum supported version. If your app version is lower than that minimum, login and online services may be refused and you will be asked to update. We will announce the change in the app in advance and will not require you to use the latest version when your version is still supported. Refusing an update does not by itself delete your account or data.

6. Account deletion

You may delete your account at any time at https://os-link.com/privacy.php?doc=delete (no app login required). Deletion removes your account, login tokens and referral binding; SMS audit logs may be retained as required by law. Deletion is irreversible.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”. Camera protocols vary by vendor and firmware; we do not warrant that every device or feature will work. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory law.
